1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Krevofi's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Eligibility

To use Krevofi services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid government-issued identification document
• Successfully complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process
• Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Card Services

Krevofi provides virtual Visa card services powered by USDT deposits. Your card can be used for online purchases at merchants that accept Visa. The card is not a credit card and requires sufficient balance in your Krevofi wallet to complete transactions.

4. Fees

The following fees apply to Krevofi services:

• Card Issuance: $5 USDT (launch offer, regular price $10 USDT)
• Monthly Fee: $0 (zero monthly fees)
• Deposit Fee: $0 (zero deposit fees)
• Transaction Fees: Competitive rates, one of the best in the market

5. Transaction Fees

Krevofi charges competitive transaction fees, which are among the best rates in the market. Exchange rates are applied in real-time based on current market conditions. All transaction fees are transparently displayed before you confirm any transaction.

6. Prohibited Activities

Krevofi cards are intended for lawful transactions only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Gambling and online casinos
• Adult content platforms and services
• Betting sites and sports wagering
• Dating apps and matchmaking services

Penalty: Any attempt to transact on restricted platforms will result in a penalty of $15 USDT per attempt.

Repeated violations may result in immediate card termination and account closure without refund.

7. Card Termination

Krevofi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your card and account at any time for violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, fraud prevention, or compliance with legal requirements. In the event of termination, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees and penalties.

8. Limitation of Liability

Krevofi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to Krevofi in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for merchant disputes, declined transactions, or service interruptions beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming. Krevofi is operated by Shopex LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
